Weather - How it works

Requires Weather and Toolbar Options plugins to be added to the toolbar.

Weather plugin contains the following elements:

- Menu Button that shows the current temperature for the city selected.
- Menu items with options to Refresh and Configure.

Choose the city :

  1. User selects 'Configure' item from Weather menu
  2. User clicks Select button, types the City name and click Next.
  3. The plugin starts searching for the city and provides search results list.
  4. Users selects the city from the list and clicks Finish.
  5. Users selects Fahrenheit or Celsius options and clicks Apply

Setting a default location :

To show a default city temperature right after toolbar installation, do the following :
  1. Go http://www.weather.com/ and enter your city
  2. In the URL opened you will find a digital value like USCA0638 (for Los Angeles as example)
  3. When adding Weather plugin, put this code into Location's code field as shown at the picture below
