A single support blocks must be purchased in advance to be obtain discounted rate an hour and will remain at this discounted rate through support and maintenance renewals. If an additional support block is not purchased and calls are made that are not under the warranty time frame or not covered by previously unused support block then you will be subject to full support cost at our standard rate per hour. Support blocks can also be used for additional development.
